How did she think that she had to look trashy to become noticed.

It's disgusting! She was so beautiful before, had very large boobs already. She didn't need to get all of that plastic surgery. Perhaps she wanted to look more like a Barbie. I wonder if, now, she regrets all the changes she did to her gorgeous self.
