Betrayal

There is this little ball in my stomach that I swallowed about eight days ago. I've been having that ball in my stomach for an unnatural time, and everyday it swells more and more. This little ball is slowly catching on fire, and burning up my insides.

This ball is called betrayal, and I have reached my limit.
