Get the Tourist-ing Out of the Way First!

So, Loic and I have been exploring San Francisco. On his first full day, we went to the Haight, where we just looked around in shops, marveling at the oddness of it all. Later on, we went to the Castro, where I promised he would see a lot of gay people. Haha, after that, we went to Westfield (mainly for food) and then the Borders in Westfield. I read Seventeen while he read Men's Health. Then we switched off. Uh, yeah?

But after that, we rushed home to meet up with Jasmine and Antonio (and later on Cecilia) to make a pie for the BBQ. It was really just two people making the pie while the rest watched Anastasie (thank you Tiana!) They stayed until 11:30, being their obnoxious selves, of course haha.

And then yesterday, we all (Russians, Italian, and Frenchie) went to Antonio's house for a welcome to America BBQ. Other than burning a hole through his porch, it was all pretty chill. We were kicked out at 5:30, so we went to go see Inception at 7:30. It was one of the most well-directed movies I have EVER seen. It was simply incredible.

Dinner at Mels' with Duncan and Loic. Haha, exposure to American food!
