Baking Club Secret Santa

Surprise surprise, I joined the Baking Club at my school! Well, we had a Secret Santa event (where I got some AMAZING lemon cupcakes shaped like hearts, by the way), and I got a friend that I used to talk about pies with all the time. Of course, I made her a pie. Here is the process!

 

That's right! Dulce de Leche and chocolate chips which, after being baked for five extra minutes, melted.

 

Milk with sugar, flour, and somethin' else...

mixed with four egg yolks...

 

On top of the pie! Yum... she won't know what's under until she takes a bite!

 

And, of course, the final touch. <3

She devoured it in a day, and said it was one of the best pies she has ever had. Score!
