My Beautiful Weekend

FRIDAY:
It all started one beautiful cleary-skied night, when PEER GYNT opened at School of the Arts. Julianna, Jessie, Jasmine and I are sitting in the audience where Harriet joins us.
I enjoyed the play so much, and got really into it. It was just so... easy to love and watch and enjoy. After the show, Jessie's mom picks Jess up ( :( ) while Julianna, Jazz, and I (so many Js!!!) go to get some pizza on Irving and 8th Avenue. Not only was this pizza amazing, but we talked a lot, and really got to know each other and everything. After that, I got worried that my mom would be too worried about me, so I went back home at around 12-ish. She wasn't too worried, just very tired.

SATURDAY:
I meet Jasmine at her house at around 6:45-ish, and (of course) we decide to eat, because that's just the type of people we are. We have a taquito each and some chips. Ju is a little late so we decide to bring some granola, some extra chips, and a banana for each of us. After an adventurous stay at a bus stop with using the bananas as any accessory we could think of, the bus finally came and we met up with Ju at Wash where Cabaret was playing!

Of course, after seeing Peer Gynt and its many wonders, seeing Cabaret was like a trip back to middle school, but it was so much. From Alex, the saxifone-ist to Calvin the beautiful MC, we definitely enjoyed ourselves. After the show, we returned to Jasmine's house because I left my bag. Although we planned to go back out, we proceeded to watch cute YouTube videos of bunnies eating dandelions, and sleeping baby bunnies, then people who were born deformed. the usual.

After Julianna and I left Jasmine's house, I had a sudden urge for pancakes. At this time, it was already midnight. We headed over to Lucky Pennies, which quickly got crowded once we finally left at around 2:30 a.m. As we ate, we talked a lot about so many things we had never talked about, we made a pact, another pact, and then told some secret. It was an adventurous meal.
Once we left, some people (very drunk) made me very paranoid... so we were at the bus stop and I was freaking out that they were going to attack us. When a taxi came along. We took a cab back to Ju's house, where we watched bad and beautiful reality T.V. until 5 a.m. At this point, she had set up a bed for me in her room, where we slept very beautifully.

SUNDAY:
9:30, wake up.
10:00, alarm goes off.
10:30, walk home. Get home at 11:00.
12:30, go to picnic.
1:10-3:35, chill with friends at the picnic.
3:40-5:00-ish:
Well well well, what an amazing day. We decided to hit on random guys and try to get their numbers. At this point it is Jessie, Julianna, Anna, and I. It was extremely successful! I think Julianna did the best, but Jessie went first. Anna and I went together because she wanted a wingwoman (completely understandable!), and we got this guy's number. He was from L.A. and I don't really plan on calling him anytime soon.

But today really boosted my confidence.

What do you think... Sushi Boat sound good? Then something fun... but what???
