friends aren't really that caring (or at least many of mine aren't.) You know, if I seem in a bad or sad mood, sure I do expect a friend of mine to ask "hey, are you ok?" Or, if it's obvious I'm not ok, to ask if they can help.
But I have some "friends" that don't even do that. I tell them I feel shitty and they just say "oh" and walk away.
Some friends are awkward with sadness.
